He looked at her, "I didn't. This is historically accurate. You all look like you're going to a Renaissance Fair", he scolded them. She stopped them in their tracks because she could feel that something was wrong, "What is it?", Ray asked. She looked around, "Something's not right", Katja said. Her suspicions came true when the bushes around fell to reveal a bunch of knights surrounding them. Katja pulled out her sword that she brought as Sara took out her weapons to defend themselves. Ray looked at the knights, "Wait-- I mean-- ho-- I mean hark! Good knight, we intend you no harm. We are but mere travelers in this land", he said to the knight that was on a horse.
Nate clenched his jaw, "Your dialect is way off", he said through his teeth. Ray ignored him and continued, "I, Raymond of the Palms, and my band of merry men... and women, humbly request safe passage to Camelot and an audience with King Arthur", he said. Amaya leaned up to him, "King Arthur?", she asked confused. He smiled, "Yes, you can see his crest on their shields", he whispered excited. The knight on the horse took of their helmet and it turns out it was a woman, making Sara and Katja smile at each other. She looked at them all, "I am Guinevere. We shall escort you to Camelot...but your leper must remain outside castle walls", she said looking at Nate, making Katja quietly laugh.

Queen Guinevere led them into the castle and right up to King Arthur and the round table of knights. Ray bowed but the king stood up smiling, "There's no need for that here. We're all equal in the court of Camelot", he said. Guinevere looked at him, "Our paths crossed in the wood while tracking the Black Knight, Your Grace", she explained. He looked at the strangers concerned, "How then are we to know that they're not in league with that vile rogue?", he spat out. Katja looked at Ray, hoping he'd know what to do, "Ray", she said urging him to speak. He stepped forward, "Your Grace. We are not your enemies. We are warriors on a quest, a race against evil", he said.
Arthur looked at them, "A great evil haunts my land these days, kidnapping my noble Knights of the Round Table. Therefore, it'll fall on my wisest adviser to measure the truth of your words", he said. Nate sighed, "Oh please don't say it", he whispered. Arthur turned to his men, "Summon Merlin", he said. Katja groaned quietly, "Oh man, we're doomed", she whispered. Suddenly, a hooded figure walked out and came towards them as Katja looked at her team, "Get ready to fight if this doesn't go our way", she whispered to them. The figure removed the hood and they saw a familiar face, one that they were not expecting to see there.
Nate looked confused, "That's Stargirl", he said as she looked on us with confusion as well, clearly not expecting the time travelers to be there either. Amaya stepped forward, "What are you doing in Camelot?", she asked her former teammate.

"This ship-- it never ceases to amaze me", Stargirl said as she, Katja, Amaya and Sara got back onto the ship. Sara looked at her, "Speaking of amazing-- Merlin?", she asked referring to her new alter ego. Courtney looked at her, "Just an identity I adopted to fit into this era", she explained. Amaya looked at her still confused, "But what are you even doing in this era?", she asked. The redhead looked at her, "Let me guess, it has something to do with the Spear of Destiny", she said as Stargirl looked at the woman shocked, "We found Dr. Mid-Nite in the year 3000", she added. Amaya looked at her friend, "He's dead, Courtney", she told her making her heart drop, "We think he was killed because he possessed a piece of the Spear", she finished.
Courtney took a deep breath and looked at her friend, "What do you know about the JSA's final mission?", she asked. Amaya looked at her, "Obsidian told me that the JSA disappeared after a trip to Leipzig in 1956", she said. Courtney nodded, "The mission was to recover the Spear of Destiny, and keep it from falling into enemy hands", she explained. Sara looked at her confused, "How was it that you were all scattered throughout time?", she asked. Courtney turned to her, "We were joined on our mission by someone who called himself a Time Master", she explained. Katja sighed, "Rip Hunter", she guessed. Courtney nodded, "Yes. He said the Spear could alter reality itself-- that it was too powerful for any man or woman to possess. So we broke it into four separate pieces. Mr Hunter took one...", she explained.
