This recipe is one of my Grandma Irenes and it saves me on a regular basis. We call it Quick Company Chicken, because it’s super fast and good enough to be served to company. It only takes 6 ingredients and is incredibly delicious!
My entire family likes this meal! You can serve it over mashed potatoes or to the side with a veggie! I love meals like this, because it only takes 10 minutes to prep! Then while it cooks in the oven, I can help my kiddos with homework or pick up the house! I hope you and your family like it as much as ours!

We have been making this dish for probably over 20 years now, mostly when we go camping because of the simplicity of it. We do it in the dutch oven, add sour cream to the soup instead of the broth, put a box of stove top stuffing on top of it instead of bread crumbs, and squeeze on the butter. It is sooo good! Now you have chicken and the stuffing, just add a salad! We usually feed about 15 with this recipe. Grandkids and moms usually only eat a half of breast (We use nice big ones) so we can save room for a Dutch oven dessert. I would recommend everyone try this recipe. You will love it!

i remember this recipe! one of my favorites, though i prefer using chicken soup and crushed croutons (for a bit more flavor). it’s a great meal to take in to a neighbor too because it’s easy and i haven’t met a person yet who doesn’t like it! I usually pair it with mashed potatoes and green beans. Thanks for posting this…takes me back to college. 🙂
