One project gives students a choice in which of the 5 they would like to complete. A second project option has students answering review questions about solid, liquid, and gas substances before completing 3 hands on activities to show their level of understanding through CER ( claim, evidence, reasoning ) responses of how particles behave in different phases of matter.
